Led by her ethereal voice - somewhat reminiscent of the female singer/songwriters of the 60's and 70's- her angel-like harmonies and the faithful sound of her nylon-string guitar, Penelope and her talented team of L.A. musicians, will carry you, as the title "One Way Ticket To The Sun" suggests, to a warm, intimate and faraway place where you can leave your winter boots and blues behind and forget about the current social and political climate, for a moment or two...

A smile, a swimsuit and a twinkle in your eye are the only three things you'll need to bring on Penelope's journey, where the sun always shines.

This is the artist's second full-length album, recorded by her dear friend and Grammy award-winning music producer Sheldon Gomberg (Ben Harper, Rickie Lee Jones, She And Him, KD Lang), at his studio the Carriage House, in Los Angeles.
